2. Your choice
When you first visit, a short notice asks whether you accept analytics and advertising cookies. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, these cookies stay off until you accept them. Everywhere else they are on unless you decline them.
You can change your choice at any time with the button at the end of this page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site still works without them.
3. Strictly necessary
These keep the site working and cannot be switched off. They do not track you across other websites.
sd_consent (local storage): remembers whether you accepted or declined cookies.
sd_visit_v1 (session storage, cleared when you close the tab): the pages you viewed during this visit and how you arrived. It is only sent to us if you submit our contact form, so we can understand your enquiry.
sash_admin_session (cookie): keeps our own team signed in to the site admin area. Visitors never receive it.
4. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and how people find us. It sets the _ga and _ga_* cookies, which last up to two years. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy.
5. Advertising measurement
When we run ads on Google or Meta, their tags may set cookies such as _gcl_au or _fbp so we can tell which ads lead to enquiries. Ad click identifiers in a link (for example gclid or fbclid) are also saved with a contact form submission for the same reason.
