Service

By accessing or using the Sash Digital website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you may not use our services.

Sash Digital reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Sash Digital provides digital marketing, web development, paid media management, search engine optimisation, social media marketing, and related services as agreed upon in individual client proposals and engagement agreements.

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for each engagement are defined in separate Statements of Work or proposals agreed between Sash Digital and the client.

Clients are responsible for:

— Providing accurate, complete, and timely information required to deliver agreed services.

— Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables within agreed timelines.

— Ensuring all materials provided to Sash Digital (including brand assets, copy, and imagery) do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

— Maintaining access credentials and platform logins shared for the purpose of delivering services.

Payment terms are as specified in the relevant proposal or agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 14 days of issue.

Sash Digital reserves the right to pause or suspend services where invoices remain unpaid beyond agreed payment terms.

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Client-owned assets — all pre-existing intellectual property provided by the client remains the property of the client.

Work product — upon full payment of all outstanding fees, Sash Digital assigns to the client ownership of custom deliverables created specifically for that client under the engagement.

Tools and methodologies — Sash Digital retains ownership of its proprietary processes, frameworks, templates, and any pre-existing tools used in delivering services.

We reserve the right to display completed work in our portfolio and case studies unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of an engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sash Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim.

Sash Digital will deliver services with reasonable skill and care. We make no guarantee of specific results, including but not limited to search engine rankings, advertising performance metrics, or revenue outcomes, as these are influenced by factors outside our control.

Our website and services are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Either party may terminate an engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant agreement.

Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all fees for services delivered up to the termination date. Sash Digital will provide reasonable transition support for a period of up to 30 days following termination.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
