IPS Pakistan sold smart POS software. Their website sold a Wix template.

We rebuilt IPS Pakistan on custom WordPress so merchants see a complete payments ecosystem, not just a row of card machines.

The challenge

IPS Pakistan builds payment terminals that come preloaded with serious software: discount management, loyalty programmes, restaurant tools and paperless digital receipts. Their website showed none of that.

It ran on a generic Wix template that made a fintech company look like a small hardware reseller. Enterprise buyers comparing payment providers had no reason to believe IPS could compete with the bigger names in the region. The software, which is where the real value sits, was buried behind product photos.

Our approach

  • We studied the competition first.

We audited regional fintech and enterprise payment brands to see how the category leaders present themselves, then designed IPS to sit comfortably among them.

  • We led with software, not hardware.

Merchants do not buy a terminal. They buy faster checkouts, repeat customers and cleaner books. The page now opens with what the software does for a business, from partner loyalty points to in house transaction networks, and the hardware follows.

  • We put the proof up front.

Merchant count and city coverage appear in the first scroll, so a buyer knows IPS operates at scale before reading a single paragraph.

  • We made paperless a selling point.

Digital receipts got their own section showing merchants how they cut paper costs and get cleaner transaction data at the same time.

Is your product better than your website says it is? We fix that.

Design and development

The new site is built from scratch on WordPress, so the IPS team can update products and content without calling a developer.

The hero uses a dark, high contrast look with sharp red accents, the visual language buyers already associate with secure financial technology. From there the page moves into the scale numbers, then a clean card grid for the core software: the Discount Management System (DMS), Restaurant Mode, and Loyalty and Rewards.

Further down, a product grid presents the terminal range, including the P100, P80 and P600, with specs and a clear call to action on every card. B2B buyers can compare models and enquire in a couple of clicks. Every section is fully responsive across mobile, tablet and desktop.

  • Corporate footer with app store download links and site resources

The outcome

IPS Pakistan now looks like what it is: a payments company with real software behind its hardware. Enterprise buyers see scale in the first scroll, merchants see what the software does for their business, and the sales team has a site they can send to large retail prospects with confidence.
